InvoiceGen (https://invoice-generator.shop) is a free online tool for creating invoices, quotes, receipts, purchase orders, credit notes, and proforma invoices and downloading them as PDFs. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Free to Use
The service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account is required to create and download documents. Optional accounts exist solely to sync your saved invoices across devices.
3. Your Documents, Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the contents of the documents you create — including their accuracy, the amounts and tax rates applied, and their compliance with the invoicing, tax, and record-keeping laws that apply to you. InvoiceGen is a formatting tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal adviser; nothing on this site is professional advice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to create fraudulent or deceptive documents, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to violate any applicable law. We may restrict access that violates these terms.
5. No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved data will never be lost — keep copies of important documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceGen and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $0.
